Warranty

Every product comes with a limited warranty:

Covered

Manufacturing defects in material, workmanship or functionality at the time of purchase. 
Products arriving in damaged or defect condition before first use.

Not covered

Wear and tear from usage and/or dishwasher cycles (scratches, dents, peeling, fading, etc).
Damage or defects caused by accidental drops.
Mould, rust or stains that develop over time.
The product being lost or stolen.

How to claim

Send an email to warranty@rainberry.co with your order number, a picture of the product and an explanation. We reply within 48 hours on workdays.
